CUT and FILL batter slopes with live workfront frustum. BASE + HEIGHT input model prevents self-intersecting geometry at any scale.

Convert surface geometry to a 3D voxel grid. Assign material type, phase, and priority per layer.

Define workfronts, haul routes, and phase timing. Set equipment rates and bulking factors.
